Hi ,

Can you believe it? We are nearing the end of the first decade of this new century and new millennium. How are you feeling about where you are? How are you feeling about where you are headed?

You have 100 days left (less now!) How will you spend it?

Now, moving on. Do you own your own personal domain name? I hope so because there is no better way to brand yourself than through your own name. So, in taking my own advice, I finally created a home online for my personal domain name -

JackieUlmer.com

And, in moving into the future of the internet, I created it using WordPress.org. It was easier than I thought. And, it creates a nice platform to begin adding value and creating content online. This is a key step in Attraction Marketing, where you don't "sell" upfront. You share and create community.

I've created an overview article, how to build a business online, and would love your thoughts there as well. The cool thing about WordPress is that when you comment, you create a link back to YOUR stuff. Pretty cool, eh? This is one way we can create a strong community bond, creating more powerful awareness and acceptance of our profession. And that is a win-win for everyone.

Okay, that's it for today, off to enjoy a beautiful Fall day, celebrating my son's 17^th birthday! After all, family and freedom is what the pursuit of my own business has always been about for me.
