One of the most common questions people ask once they have started their direct sales business is -
How do I launch and create other leaders
? Have you ever asked this question?
The answer is really VERY simple, and if you think about it, you'll quickly see that this is the case. So, to answer that question, just ask yourself -
What did my sponsor do to launch me as a leader? Or, how have I been inspired by others to take on the role of leader in my business?
Think about the answer to that. Most of the time, you will find that your sponsor didn't do anything above and beyond to take you into leadership. In most cases (really, ALL cases) it was something internal within you.
YOU
wanted to be a leader.
YOU wanted to create more in your life.
YOU wanted to fulfill the commitment and the promise you made when you started your business.
Many people do this without any upline leadership at all. So, if you are thinking, yeah, but I don't have a sponsor anymore; he/she quit - oh well!
Join the club.
So, here is what you want to do to get your people off to a fast start and then see who shows up as a leader.
First, share your 30 day success story with them and lay out a game plan of what they will want to do to create that powerful 30 day story to share with others.
This provides a solid game plan for the future and gives them something to combat that question -
"So, how is it going for YOU?" Ever hear that from a prospect?
What they are REALLY asking is - Did you make your money back? Were you successful in your first 30 days?
They aren't looking to see that you've quit your job or set the world on fire - just that you haven't "wasted $XXX dollars."
If you haven't even launched your own business or created that success story, it is NEVER too late. You can share any 30 days in your business that you want.
