Many people in our profession never really try to recruit for fear of rejection; fear of what others think and/or fear of seeming pushy, but remember this -  recruiting is about what you have to GIVE, not what you are going to get. Approach it with this mindset and your business will soar!


Imagine this - you can change the course of someone's life by offering them the following:

Freedom in both time and income

Increased Income potential - the beauty in Direct Sales is that your income is in direct proportion to what you put into it. You set your own pay.

Recognition - people are starved for appreciation and recognition today.

New friends, like-minded people

Personal growth and self-development - this is one of the most exciting parts to our business and one that often isn't realized until later. You truly get to see just what you are made of.

Remember this - you never know who needs what you've got! Some are going to be interested right now, and for others, the timing is not right. 

Someone's decision to join or not has nothing to do with you. It's about your prospect; his/her needs, desires, life situation and interest. And, a decision not to join you by someone has nothing to do with the viability of your products or opportunity. And, it's not a direct reflection on you.

We "fail forward" when we keep going. Those who make the most money in Direct Sales have heard no the most times. Seriously. While we get better as time and experience passes, we can view each instance as a chance to fail ourselves forward!

Finally, become unstoppable in pursuit of your dreams! If anyone else has achieved success with your company or product, then you can, too. Yes, you can. Make the decision and go for it!


No one else is responsible for your success or failure! Choose which one you want to be known for!
