One thing I learned was to throw out the word - BALANCE
There is no such thing - it doesn't exist! A better word is BLEND. We must learn how to blend in the things that must be done with the family, and with the business.
It's a give and take process; and while this can be challenging; it will be highly rewarding when you get your family involved and "trained!"
The key piece is communication and sharing your why with the "team" (the family) even when they are small. They like to be part of the plan and can be part of helping it work!

Ok, back to the question - do you know what the #1 thing is that you are "selling" or promoting? It's not your products and services, even though they are great...it's not your compensation plan, even though it is great.
It is LIFESTYLE! THAT is what most people are looking for. They may make plenty of money, but have no time; or they may have time but no money. Either way - lifestyle is the appeal for most people.
And here is a GREAT question to ask your prospect once you have shared the opportunity with him/her -
Do you see some opportunity here for you to achieve your goals?
And then close your mouth, wait for an answer. Remember - we get a 100% success rate when we just get a decision or an answer, whether it is YES, NO or MAYBE!
