Is your blog your business

It doesn’t really matter WHAT you are

“Selling” these days, if you want to succeed

online, you need a blog.

And, while your blog is not really -

YOUR BUSINESS

It is your online center of the universe.

When I started exploring the possibilities

of building my business online back in

wait for it….

1999!!!!!

I was convinced of one thing -

If people were going to the Internet to find

answers and solutions, then I needed to

get to the Internet!!!

That is still true today.

This weekend, I was in Phoenix for

Thanksgiving and I had breakfast with

a friend who has built a very successful

business that has allowed her to travel

to 54 countries over the past few years.

And, she does this with an online business

that supports her.

Talk about a lifestyle entrepreneur…

Now, I don’t know if traveling to 54

countries interests you or not, but that is

not the point.

The point is this - with a blog - and

your online presence, you have a system

that will begin to work for you 24 hours

a day, 7 days a week.

I don’t know about you, but in my

early Direct Sales Career, I found it

challenging to get my business in

front of enough people to create

solid growth.

I ran out of people to talk to…

I didn’t like “Mall Walking” for prospects….

And, I was out of ideas.

All throughout my career in Network Marketing

though, “heavy hitters” shared that in order to

be full time in the business, and earn a big

paycheck; your business has to be out in front

of people four to eight times a day.

So, what was I going to do.

So, back in October of 1999, I got my

answer when I listened to a conference

call by a Network Marketer who had

built a 6 figure income with a website.

His advice -

Build a website with a catchy name.

Have business cards made up to pass

out locally.

Use online methods to drive traffic there

and allow people to find you.

Build your list and let them know what

you do.

So, that’s what I did.

Today, using that advice and staying

consistent, I have personally sponsored

over 1800 people into my business.

And, I have coached many others along

the way.

And, the steps to make this happen include -

Blogging Regularly - creating content

Marketing that content

Building a List

Marketing to and building a relationship

with that list.

So, here you are, possibly starting at

ground zero. Guess What? We all start

at the same place. No experience, no list,

no technical knowledge, no skills, and

sometimes a good bit of baggage from

past endeavors comes with is.

And, the good news is - you are NOT

too late.

And, if you know WHY you should do

this, then you have all you need to

keep you moving forward.

I’ve put together a 45 page guide that

will walk you through the steps you’ll

want to take to get this set up….

Without a technical background.

And, right now, as we move into

the holiday season, this is a GREAT

time to start working on it and be

ready for a formal launch in January,

when peak recruiting season starts.

How many millions of people are

going to go online after the holidays,

and as we enter tax season here in

the US, and as people make New

Year’s resolutions….

And, start looking for something they

can do to make more money.

Will you be there to be found?
